FINAFLEX® COVID-19 Marketing Pivot 30-Day Plan

On April 1, The Announcement Lab implemented a 30-Day COVID-19 Marketing Pivot Plan in response to a sharp decline in sales, as reflected in the initial analytics. The strategy was designed to stabilize performance, restore momentum, and drive overall sales growth during a period of rapid market disruption.

The primary objective of the plan was to normalize sales levels to pre-pandemic benchmarks within 30 days, while laying the foundation for sustained recovery. Through targeted messaging, agile campaign execution, and data-driven optimization, the plan focused on adapting quickly to shifting consumer behavior.
